Payor Sources

Payor Sources
Medical Assistance (MA) is the primary payor source. You must be on Medical Assistance in order to receive PCA or Homemaking services. Medical Assistance (MA) is funded through State and Federal money so that people with low or no income can get the help they need.

One of the many programs reimbursed through Medical Assistance is the PCA Program managed by MN Department of Human Services (DHS) specifically for people with a disability. You will need to be eligible for MA in order to apply for PCA services through your county of residence. Contact your County Social Service Department to determine your eligibility.

Once you are on Medical Assistance, you may also qualify for other services through different programs, such as Home and Community Based Waivered Services (HCBS) or Pre-paid Health Plans. A+ Home Care provides services through these different programs.

Call A+ Home Care at (952) 854-7760 and we will help you get started. Or click here to send us an email.
