Payroll/Billing Manager


Heather Collins has a degree in Psychology and is certified for Elementary Education. She has experience working with children with disabilities in the school setting as well as with her own family. She also has first-hand experience working as a PCA and Home Health Aide.

Heather has been working for A+ since April 1997. She started out in the Staffing Department before moving into Payroll & Billing. Her favorite part about working for A+ is the opportunity to get to know many of our clients & PCAs over the years.

When she is not working, Heather enjoys spending time with family & pets, reading, and camping.
