Live the Life You Choose with the Assistance of a PCA

What is Our Mission?

Since 1988 our mission has been to provide quality, dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) services for people with disabilities who want to remain living at home and make the decisions of how they want to live their lives.

What is Our Philosophy?

We believe that all people deserve the right to expect reliable, committed and professional hands on service, whether you are a person a with a disability, you are recovering from an injury or illness or you are a senior citizen requiring assistance to continue to live independently in your home.

Why We Care?

Leah Welch, paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator, taught many people how a person with a disability can lead a productive, active and fulfilling life. Donna Robb and Deanna Robb-Peters, Leah’s daughter and granddaughter, were influenced throughout their childhood and adult lives by Leah’s fierce fight for the fundamental right of independence and freedom of choice for all people with disabilities. They know first hand how important it is to have a family member with a disability live at home and not in an institution. Leah’s legacy lives on through A+ Home Care and it is demonstrated daily through the commitment of their exceptional team.
